These terms form a binding agreement between you and Watan News International. We may update them; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We provide news, analysis, multimedia, and related information in English, Urdu, and Danish editions. Content is for general information and may change without notice.

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Editorial corrections may be made at any time.

If you create an account or subscribe, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorised use.

If you submit comments or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services. You represent that you have the rights to submit it.

Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions you make based on our reporting.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice unless explicitly stated.

To the extent permitted by Danish and EU law, Watan News International and its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100 if no payment was made, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

The site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Denmark shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
