Et voldsomt vulkanudbrud i Indonesien har ført til, at stadig flere lufthavne i landet lukkes. Det betyder, at hundredvis af flyafgange er blevet aflyst, og mange rejsende er strandede. Ifølge de seneste oplysninger er over 170.000 passagerer blevet påvirket af lukningerne.

Vulkanudbruddet: En naturskabte katastrofe

Vulkanudbruddet, der er sket på den indonesiske ø Java, har ført til, at en stor mængde aske og røg er blevet sendt op i atmosfæren. Dette har medført, at flytrafikken i området er blevet lammet, da asken kan være farlig for flymotorer.

Lufthavne lukket: Rejsende strandede

Flere lufthavne i Indonesien, herunder lufthavnen i hovedstaden Jakarta, er blevet lukket på grund af vulkanudbruddet. Dette har ført til, at mange rejsende er blevet strandede, og hundredvis af flyafgange er blevet aflyst. Ifølge Watan News, er situationen meget kritisk, og myndighederne arbejder på at finde en løsning.
