The most talked-about moment of the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show arrived when Kylie Jenner made her surprise runway debut wearing the brand’s new Fantasy Bra — a $50 million diamond masterpiece that is the most expensive in the tradition’s 30-year history. The reality star turned beauty entrepreneur stepped onto the stage at Sony Studios in Culver City on October 18, pairing the jewel-encrusted bra with a gauzy mini skirt, clear heels and white feathered wings.

FAKTA

  • Who: Kylie Jenner, 29, making her first Victoria’s Secret runway appearance
  • What: The 2026 Fantasy Bra by Jacob & Co., valued at $50 million — a record
  • Craft: 4,410 natural diamonds, 15 artisans, more than 1,000 hours of work
  • Centerpiece: A 75.54-carat Fancy Vivid yellow diamond, alone worth about $22 million
  • Last seen: The Fantasy Bra returns to the runway for the first time since 2018

A Record-Breaking Diamond Fantasy Bra

Designed by Jacob Arabo of Jacob & Co., the bra is made entirely of 18-carat gold and diamonds — with no fabric at all. The structure brings together 4,410 natural diamonds totaling about 1,373 carats, cut in seven different shapes including heart, pear, marquise, oval and radiant cuts, and finished with a fringe of drop diamonds along its edge. At its center sits a 75.54-carat Fancy Vivid yellow diamond. The piece was built to Jenner’s exact measurements through repeated fittings, and weighs just under four pounds.

The $50 million valuation more than triples the previous record: the $15 million Red Hot Fantasy Bra worn by Gisele Bündchen in 2000. The 2026 show’s concept was “fandomonium,” and the returning Fantasy Bra had been one of the most requested elements from the previous year’s audience. Victoria’s Secret chief creative officer Adam Selman described the piece as an extravagant work of jewelry and artistry made for the fans, while Arabo said his vision was high jewelry that could be worn as a bra — with comfort and freedom of movement the greatest challenge.

Thirty Years of the Fantasy Bra Tradition

The Fantasy Bra tradition began in 1996, when Claudia Schiffer wore the first $1 million version in a print advertisement. Since then it has become the brand’s signature annual showpiece, worn over the years by famous Angels including Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio. The last runway appearance before this year was the 2018 show, when Elsa Hosk wore a $1 million design. Jenner’s debut marks both the return of the tradition and a new high-water mark for its value.

A Star-Studded Night in Culver City

Jenner’s appearance drew the night’s loudest reaction, with her mother Kris Jenner and her boyfriend Timothée Chalamet cheering from the front row. The show also featured live performances by Katseye, Megan Thee Stallion and Tate McRae, with Bella Hadid opening the evening and Gigi Hadid and Barbara Palvin among the returning models.
