Tysk solproduktion slår sidste års rekord allerede i september

Tysklands nettoelproduktion fra sol har nået en ny årsrekord og passeret hele sidste års niveau, før september er forbi. BSW-Solar oplyste med henvisning til Fraunhofer ISE, at produktionen nåede 90,2 TWh 27. september mod 90 TWh i hele 2025. Tallet på 90,2 TWh er et branchetal fra BSW-Solar med henvisning til Fraunhofer ISE, ikke en officiel regeringsstatistik.

BSW-Solar forklarer stigningen med fortsat vækst i den installerede kapacitet og usædvanligt mange solskinstimer. “Det er en nyhed, Tyskland kan være stolt af,” siger direktør Carsten Körnig. Han tilføjer, at det er noget at fejre, men “ikke en grund til at læne sig tilbage og slappe af”.

Rekorden synliggør også presset på elsystemet. Flere timer med overskudsforsyning bidrager til negative engrospriser og begrænsning af produktionen, hvor vedvarende energi må skrues ned, fordi elnettet ikke kan aftage den.

Tysklands koalition diskuterer regler, der kan reducere incitamenterne til nye sol- og vindprojekter i områder med overbelastning og skære støtten til små solcelleanlæg på tage. Økonomiminister Katherina Reiche mener, at udviklerne bør bære den økonomiske risiko, når strøm må begrænses, og at små anlæg er blevet modne til markedet.

Forskere og brancheorganisationer advarer om, at reformerne kan bremse investeringerne. Tysklands mål er 215 GW solkapacitet i 2030 mod omkring 130 GW nu. Körnig siger, at målene kræver, at investeringer bliver lettere, ikke at der opføres nye barrierer.

Rekorden følges derfor af et politisk valg: Skal produktionen udvides, mens elnettet opgraderes og overskudsstrøm håndteres, eller skal den næste vækstfase gøres vanskeligere? For BSW-Solar er budskabet, at et stærkt år bør føre til hurtigere systemforberedelse, ikke svække vilkårene for nye projekter.
